ONE-TO-ONE PILATES SESSIONS
One-to-one pilates classes are usually held at your own house or via Zoom and can be held regularly or on an ad hoc basis. They are particularly useful for:
– beginners to learn some of the basic principles of Pilates
– anyone rehabilitating from injury or surgery who has specific exercise requirements or would like to take things more slowly
– clients who don’t have time to attend a group class or prefer to work on their own programme.
One-to-One Sessions are £40 per hour
