GROUP CLASSES

I run small group mat Pilates classes in-person and via Zoom. There are never more than 10 participants – and usually fewer – at each session. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level and the aim is to progress as and when you are ready.

When attending a mat class, you should wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving and lying down in. Please bring a mat if you have one. We often use small accessories such as weights and resistance bands but I always have spares that can be borrowed if you don’t have them or forget to bring them at any time.

PRICES

Sessions are booked and paid for in blocks in advance, generally in line with school half terms. I’m afraid that I do not offer a refund if a client can not make one or more of the sessions in a block, but they are very welcome to attend a different class to make up a missed session (space permitting) and there is no time limit on this as long as they continue to be a regular client. This policy enables me to keep classes small, and clients know that they have a space each week with first refusal to re-book the space for the next block of classes.

60 minute in-person classes = £11 per session (booked in blocks)

60 minute Zoom classes = £10 per session (booked in blocks)

45 minute in-person classes = £9 per session (booked in blocks)

60 minute Movement Challenge Class = £10 per session, pay-as-you-attend

60 minute one-to-one session = £40
