MOVEMENT CHALLENGES
This movement challenges class is held on Monday afternoons and is designed for anyone who finds certain movements difficult or feels that they do not fit in to a ‘regular’ Pilates class. It might be that you find it difficult to get up and down from the floor and/or you can not stand for more than a few minutes at a time. Or you might be recovering from surgery or injury and want to re-build your strength before rejoining your usual class. All exercises are modified according to the participant. It is a very friendly session with everyone encouraged to work to their own pace.
I am a Back4Good Practitioner and qualified through the Body Control Pilates Association to teach anyone who has been diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia or is at high risk of bone health issues.
Mondays at 1.30pm at Tadley Community Centre, RG26 4HN
